In general, the e-commerce Order Agreement Terms & Conditions is put together tin order to protect the buyer and the seller (Ammask Health North America Inc.), and also to clarify what will and will not be covered as part of the e-commerce transaction.

By placing an order online with Ammask Health North America Inc., you acknowledge and agree to the following:

 

Returns, Warranties, and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our product, Ammask Health North America cannot offer returns or exchanges on our product, even if you haven’t received the shipment yet. All sales are final.

 

Shipping & Fulfillment Timelines

External factors, such as but not limited to: Third-party delivery services, natural disasters, etc. may result in shipment delays. If a shipping is delayed, it will be beyond our control. Ammask Health North America cannot contact shipping third-party courier to track down shipments. We kindly ask that you reach out to the courier directly.

If there is a problem with the delivery of your shipment from the courier, (i.e. damaged, lost, or undeliverable package) customers must contact and/or submit a claim with applicable courier.

Ammask Health North America Inc. offers domestic shipping anywhere within Canada. For export and shipment anywhere except Canada, you ought to send us an email and our team will be honored to help you with different methods of shipment and payment options.

 

Wrong Address Policy

It is crucial that customers make sure that the shipping address is indeed correct before confirming the order. If you message us on social media or send us an email to update your address, our team won’t be able to process your request before your order has shipped out. Kindly understand that if your order has been placed, you will be unable to update the shipping address. If your order has shipped with the wrong shipping address, you will need to contact the shipping provider directly. While it's not guaranteed, they may be able reroute the shipment to the correct address for you (additional fees may apply). 

Ammask Health North America will not re-ship any orders if the wrong address has been inputted by the customer at checkout. We humbly ask you as the customer to carefully review your shipping address at checkout.

  

Order Cancellation

In the event you’ve changed your mind and would like to cancel your order, you’ll need to use the ‘cancel my order' button before it is confirmed/fulfilled by the Ammask Health North America Inc. In other words, when your order is confirmed, you will be unable to cancel the order.

 

LOCAL CURBSIDE PICKUP 

You can find the dates available for pick up while placing the order, however, if you need another time, you can send us an email and our team will reach out to you. If you missed your appointment for a pick up, you should contact our team and rearrange, we do not advise you to come at the location without an appointment for a pick up. We encourage you to be on-time, if you arrive earlier or later, it is not guaranteed that you may be able to pick up your order, and you have to reschedule.
